Ultimate Speed Reader is offered as a learning tool that can help someone to read faster. At the same time they will have the skills to be able to recall more of what they read than they do right now. This speed reading program is a computer software that is Windows based. It features a tutorial, different levels, and plenty of exercises to keep the mind challenged and learning.

Overall, I’m not too fond of this as there are better speed reading programs which does the job more effectively and efficiently.
